INVITATION

Dear young chemists,

it is a great pleasure for us to invite all of you to come to Rostock for the international 10^th Frühjahrssymposium in 2008 of the GDCh Younger Chemists‘ Forum.

From all fields young chemists are encouraged to participate in this stimulating, informative and sociable conference. We offer you the opportunity to present your scientific work from all aspects of chemistry as short talks or posters. The best presentations, i.e. oral contributions and posters, will be awarded by a jury. Furthermore, two outstanding speakers, Prof. Dr. Uwe Bornscheuer (University of Greifswald) and Prof. Dr. Peter Wasserscheid (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg), will present their recent research in "hot topic" chemistry.

Additionally, you will get in contact with other young chemists on various social events during the conference, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas and personal experiences. During the conference, a conference barbecue and conference dinner will be offered. Finally, the program will be completed by an excursion.

We hope that the Frühjahrssymposium will be a chance for young chemists to meet each other, and contribute to fruitful stimulations in the field of next generation chemistry.
