We have finally appraised all submitted abstracts and requests for travel scholarships. And we are really looking forward to welcoming 386 young scientists from 31 coutries at the 10th Frühjahrssymposium in Rostock.

Last night the registration period ended and we have received more than 350 registrations.

250 registrations! And we want to remember you, that the registration ends at the 20th of december and we won't accept any registrations after this date. Registered participants can submit abstracts till 5th of January.
Till now we've received more than 150 registrations. The deadline for any further registrations is the 20th of December.
We are looking forward to welcome a group of chemistry undergraduate and graduate students from the Boston area to the 10th Frühjahrssymposium at Rostock. The students will participate in the conference with poster and oral presentations as a part of the German-American exchange programm 2008 of the Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker and the North Eastern Section of the American Chemical Society.
Within only 1½ month we've received several registrations for the 10th Frühjahrssymposium in Rostock- not only from Germany, also from 9 other countries from all over the world.

Both invited speakers confirmed their attendance for the keynote lectures at the Frühjahrssymposium 2008. The JCF Rostock is looking forward to the presentations of Professor Dr. Wasserscheid (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg) and Professor Dr. Bornscheuer (University of Greifswald).
Today the JCF Rostock received good news from the JCF board. Our application for the Frühjahrssymposium 2008 was successful! We are now looking forward to welcoming a lot of young chemists to Rostock from the 27th to the 29th of March 2008.
This weekend the JCF Rostock sent the application file for the 10th Frühjahrssymposium to the board members of the JCF. The core team is now curious to the decision.
At an extraordinary general meeting the JCF Rostock discussed the application for the Frühjahrssymposium 2008. The members decided unanimously to apply as organisers for this conference. A conference core team was created.
